01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 4bdt platform at 4bdt.ws, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 4bdt. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 4bdt platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered through 4bdt, including but not limited to: live casino games, slot games, sports betting (including cricket betting markets), arcade and crash games, snooker betting, account management, deposit and withdrawal services, and all promotional or bonus offers. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of 4bdt.

4bdt reserves the right to refuse service, close accounts, or restrict access to any individual at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where permitted by applicable law. Your access to 4bdt is a privilege, not a right, and it may be revoked at any time in accordance with these Terms.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 4bdt platform is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. 4bdt takes underage gambling seriously and employs multiple verification measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

In addition to the age requirement, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria to use 4bdt:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes.
• You are not acting as an agent, proxy, or on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers on 4bdt.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and where accessing such platforms constitutes a criminal offence.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of 4bdt or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You have not been previously excluded from the 4bdt platform via a self-exclusion request that remains active.

4bdt uses identity verification procedures to confirm player eligibility. You may be required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of 4bdt gaming and betting services, you must create a registered account. You are permitted to hold exactly one account on 4bdt at any time. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification).
• A valid email address that you own and actively monitor.
• Your date of birth (used to verify the 18+ age requirement).
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number registered in your own name (used for SMS-based two-factor authentication).
• Your preferred Bangladeshi payment method details (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account number).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 4bdt will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 4bdt support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

4bdt reserves the right to refuse account registration at its sole discretion. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure, voiding of all balances and winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following locally supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment accounts used to deposit or withdraw funds must be registered in the same name as the verified 4bdt player account. Third-party deposits — where payment is made from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.

Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to both deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may be updated periodically. As a general reference:

• Minimum deposit: ৳50 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits per day and per week are displayed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Withdrawal requests from accounts with an active deposit bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.

Deposits processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 4bdt balance within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 15 minutes, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. 4bdt does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. For accounts that have not yet completed KYC verification, additional processing time may apply pending document review.

4bdt reserves the right to delay or suspend any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, the platform may request additional documentation before processing the transaction. Any funds determined to have been deposited fraudulently will be returned to the originating payment method and the account will be closed.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

4bdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day (December 16). All bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka and are subject to the specific terms stated in the offer details at the time of promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 4bdt promotional offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 20 times before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage than slot games. Full contribution rates are listed within each bonus offer's terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds not used and wagering requirements not met within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus being forfeited. The expiry period is specified in the offer details.
• Maximum bet while bonus is active: A maximum bet limit per spin or round applies while a bonus is active. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is credited to your account may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active is not permitted unless the prior bonus has been explicitly cancelled.
• No self-exclusion during bonus: Players who are currently self-excluded are not eligible to claim bonuses. Bonus claims made in circumvention of a self-exclusion will be voided.

4bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to active bonus terms will not affect players who have already opted into the offer prior to the change, except where required to prevent fraud or where the original offer contained a material error.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 4bdt platform — including live casino table games, slot machines, crash and arcade games, and sports betting markets — operate according to individual game rules published within each game interface or betting section. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game they choose to play before placing a wager.

4bdt uses certified third-party game software from established providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Outcomes in casino and slot games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that operate independently of the 4bdt platform. 4bdt does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are determined by the individual game provider and are displayed within each game's information panel where available.

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), snooker, and football:

• Odds are displayed in decimal format and reflect the market price at the time of bet placement. Accepted odds are locked in at the time of bet confirmation.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. 4bdt reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during a live event.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void after less than the minimum required playing time, bets on that event will typically be settled as void and stakes returned. Full void rules are available in the sportsbook section.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds — for example, an obvious data feed malfunction resulting in wildly incorrect market prices — 4bdt reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return stakes to the player's account.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripting tools, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets or interact with game mechanics on 4bdt is strictly prohibited. Any accounts found to be using automated tools will be suspended immediately, all bets placed will be voided, and balances may be confiscated pending investigation.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 4bdt platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account under a false name, using another person's identity documents, or impersonating any individual for the purpose of accessing 4bdt services.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account on the 4bdt platform, regardless of the device, IP address, or payment method used.
• Money laundering: Using the 4bdt platform to transfer, conceal, or legitimise proceeds of criminal activity. 4bdt cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence bodies in relation to suspected money laundering activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live table games such as Poker, Baccarat, or Blackjack.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) in relation to a genuine and correctly processed 4bdt deposit. Fraudulent chargeback claims will result in account closure and referral for debt recovery.
• Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system malfunction to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Harassment: Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 4bdt staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel associated with 4bdt.
• Unlicensed commercial use: Using any part of the 4bdt platform, its content, trademarks, or game data for commercial purposes without explicit written authorisation from 4bdt.

This list is not exhaustive. 4bdt reserves the right to take appropriate action against any conduct it deems harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or the business — even if the specific conduct is not enumerated above.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

4bdt may suspend or permanently close a player account at any time and without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

In addition to platform-initiated closures, players may close their own account at any time for any reason by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Upon voluntary closure:

• Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.
• Active bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
• Open sports bets will be settled according to their respective market outcomes; settled amounts will be included in the final balance payout.

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion to manage problem gambling — should specifically request a self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Where 4bdt closes an account due to a breach of these Terms, the platform reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, such funds may be forfeited. If the investigation finds no breach, the funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4bdt's total liability to any player in connection with the platform, these Terms, or any gaming or betting activity shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their 4bdt account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

4bdt shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, regardless of whether they were foreseeable at the time and regardless of whether 4bdt was advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of business, contracts, or goodwill.
• Consequential, indirect, or special losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party system outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit credit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or Bangladeshi banking infrastructure.
• Any loss resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with a third party or failing to secure their account adequately.

4bdt makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful code. While 4bdt takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and security, players access the platform at their own risk. 4bdt recommends that players use up-to-date antivirus software and secure internet connections when accessing the platform.

10 Amendments to Terms

4bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made to reflect updates to platform features, new game categories, revised payment procedures, changes in responsible gaming policy, or any other operational or legal considerations.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 4bdt will take reasonable steps to notify registered players in advance — typically via email to the registered address associated with the account. Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions that do not alter player rights, or structural reformatting) may be made without prior notification.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 4bdt platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 08 above.

All previous versions of these Terms are superseded by the current published version. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated or summarised version of these Terms and the original English-language version, the English-language version shall prevail.
